As a child, she kept anything she could get her hands on — especially catalogues, makeup and second-hand clothing — even the stuff that did not fit.

Clutter and hoarding can create big reactions in others, just like those awful TV shows. Agencies and family members often try to rush in and do a ‘clean’ so the problem seems fixed.
